Simply fill out our registration form, and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
While we do our best to support as many wonderful independent shops as we can, there are rare occasions where we can’t stock a shop due to existing customers nearby. Thanks for your understanding!
Our minimum order value/free UK carriage order value is £110
There are a number of ways you can order:

Payment and pricing
For first-time customers, payment is required in advance (pro forma) via BACS or card payment over the phone. We’ll provide full payment details once your order is placed.
For repeat orders, you’ll receive an invoice when your order is dispatched. Payment is due within 30 days, and can be made by BACS or card over the phone.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, however these lead times can vary during busy seasons.
At the time of ordering, please add a note if you require your order by a specific date
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £110 (net).
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated per order based on weight and quantity.
If you’re an international retailer, it may be more cost-effective to order through Faire or via a distributor.

Returns and refunds
We’re so sorry if your order has arrived damaged or incorrect. While it’s rare, mistakes can occasionally happen.
If you experience any issues, please contact us as soon as possible - sending photos of any damaged items is really helpful.
We’ll work quickly with our warehouse team to resolve the issue and make things right.
We typically don’t accept returns on wholesale orders unless the items are damaged or incorrect.
